First payment

If you are not happy with Mentor AI Plus, email mentorai@singavibe.com from your account email within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No complicated forms.

Renewals

Monthly renewals after your first payment are not refundable, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the "My plan" page and you will not be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
